SKOOLES Web is where the institution is actually run. It is the administrative dashboard behind the mobile apps, covering the full academic and operational picture from a single place.
Core modules
- Academic and curriculum. Organisational structure from school to grade to section to class, course lifecycle, registration, bulk assignment, study periods, semesters and academic years.
- People and HR. A unified registry of students, employees, parents and contacts. Enrolment, de-enrolment, transfers, academic records, employee profiles, contracts and certifications, with multilingual profiles.
- Attendance. Scope-based attendance across class sessions, agenda items and transportation trips, with automatic roster resolution and real-time summaries.
- Transportation. Fleet, routes and destinations, route participants, and pick-up and drop-off attendance.
- Assessment and grading. Exams, assessments, grading and full academic records.
- Communication. Messaging to structures, course classes or individuals, integrated with SkooNet.
Reporting and AI assistance
Dashboards give teachers and administrators performance analytics, with predictive indicators that flag students who may be at academic or behavioural risk earlier than a term report would. AI can assist in drafting lesson plans, assessment questions and resources. These are decision-support tools: they inform a human decision and do not replace one, and our Terms require human review for decisions that significantly affect a student.
