Platform

SKOOLES is one eco-system for running a school. Administration, teaching, communication and transport sit in a single platform instead of many disconnected ones, so a change made once is correct everywhere.

SKOOLES runs anywhere, and the cross-platforms apps keep working when the connection does not.

What the platform does

Administration

Enrolment, student and staff records, timetables, attendance, fees, transport and reporting in one place. The registrar stops reconciling spreadsheets, and the numbers a principal reads are the numbers the office entered.

Teaching and learning

Courses, resources, assignments, assessment and grades, with progress analytics that show which students are slipping while there is still time to do something about it.

Communication

Messaging, announcements and urgent alerts connecting staff, parents and students. Messages arrive on a phone rather than in an inbox nobody opens, and every message stays inside the school.

AI assistance

Content generation, translation and summarising built into the tools staff already use. AI features are enabled per institution, and they process only the content submitted to them — never the rest of your data.

Four apps, one platform

Schools run the parts they need. All four share one backend and one sign-in, so a student record, a grade or an absence means the same thing in every app.

What makes it different

It works offline

Attendance taken on a bus route with no signal. Course material opened in a classroom with poor connectivity. An agenda checked on a phone in airplane mode. The mobile apps read from a local database and synchronize when a connection returns, and they always tell the user how fresh the data is instead of quietly showing something stale.

It is multi-lingual by design

English, Arabic and any language needed throughout, with correct right-to-left layout rather than a translation layer added afterwards. Users switch language whenever they want, including before signing in.

Each institution is isolated

Separation between institutions is enforced in the data layer, not by application logic that someone might forget to apply. One school cannot reach another school’s records.

One identity across every app

Single sign-on built on latest technology: one account per person, one password policy, and revocation that takes effect everywhere at once when someone leaves.

For parents and students

You do not sign up with SKOOLES. Your school creates your account and decides what you can see — we have no separate consumer service and we do not sell anything to families.

  • Parents see their children’s timetable, attendance, grades, assignments, fees and school announcements, and can follow the school bus live on the day of the trip.
  • Students get their agenda, course material, assignments and results, and can keep working on downloaded material with no connection.
  • Everyone messages the school through the app rather than personal phone numbers or social media, so conversations stay on the record and inside the institution.

Your data belongs to your school, not to us. If you want to know what is held about you or have it corrected, ask your school first — our privacy policy explains the rest, and accounts can be removed through account deletion.

For IT and school leadership

  • You own the data. The institution is the data controller. We process data only on your written instructions under a data processing agreement, and you can export your records at any time.
  • Hosting is your choice. Run it on our managed cloud, or deploy core services on infrastructure the institution controls where local rules or policy require it.
  • No lock-in by obscurity. Standard protocols for identity, open formats for exports, and a published list of every sub-processor that touches personal data.
  • Built for the rules you answer to. GDPR, FERPA, COPPA and Lebanon’s Law 81/2018 are addressed in how the platform handles student data, not bolted on. See security for the detail.

See it with your own data

The fastest way to judge a school platform is to look at your own timetable, your own classes and your own bus routes inside it. We will walk through the modules that match how your institution actually runs.
