Cookie Policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026

This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. A visitor who is not signed in receives no cookies from skooles.com, and the site loads no analytics, advertising or social media scripts. There is therefore no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

What may be set

  • Cloudflare. Our site is served through Cloudflare, which may set a short-lived cookie to tell human traffic from automated attacks. This is a security function and is strictly necessary.
  • Form protection. Submitting the contact, demo or support form sets a token that protects the form against cross-site request forgery. It is discarded once the request is handled.
  • Administration sign-in. WordPress sets session cookies for people who sign in to manage the site. That is our own staff, not visitors.

What we do not do

  • We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioural profiling or retargeting.
  • We do not sell data collected through cookies.
  • We do not place analytics or marketing cookies in any SKOOLES app used by students.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential technology to this site, we will ask for your consent before it runs, give you a way to withdraw that consent, and update this page first. Until then this page describes the site exactly as it is.

Inside the SKOOLES applications

The mobile and web applications store data on your device to keep you signed in and to let you work offline. That storage is part of how the product works, not advertising or tracking, and it is described in our privacy policy. It is cleared when you sign out.

Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones above will stop parts of the site, including the forms, from working.
